Excellent service, friendly (patient) staff and a great selection of eyewear (designer frames) at reasonable prices. My prescription is unique which causes my lenses to be quite thick and at times pretty prominent in my eyeglass frames. They were able to take my high prescription and modify them to fit my frames where they are thin and not looking like coke-bottles. I can honestly say that has not happened in all the years that I've worn glasses if ever!! For that alone they will have a customer in me for life. The doctor was also able to recognize that with my type prescription I may be better suited for contact lenses and is working with me on the best fit and options. I will continue to patronize Eyeconix for all my eyeglass and contact lens's needs.

A newer eye doctor store in BedStuy BKLYN. You may be familiar with the local street dancer who's always dancing in front of the place right out on Fulton street when you get off the subway. I needed an annual eye exam and new contact lenses. The staff is super nice and helpful there. Friendly. Happy to help. Professional environment. Dr Delgado is excellent. Very thorough and seems to care about the patients. I was impressed. The owner Alex is a nice guy. Friendly helpful and open to conversing about music and such. Decent selection of glasses and contact Lenses. Gave me a free set of temporary lenses till my trials come in. And the prices are very good. Recommended.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve went to, called, and emailed Eyes.nyc! Staff has communication skills and everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Made scheduling a vision exam and the process after so easy! They also let me trial two brands of contacts before deciding which was helpful. Ordering contacts using insurance through them was quick and easy. Will be my spot going forward!

Great experience, it has been a while since I’ve been to a medical specialist that provides a service with consideration, professionalism, and knowledge. The receptionist and all practitioners were respectful, courteous, and were very comforting through the whole process. Definitely a referral to anyone I know! Keep up the great work!

Great Doctor and customer service! Came in as a walk in, as I was concerned about some changes in my vision. Staff members were professional and polite, and attentive to every visitor. I was able to be seen without a problem after a brief wait. They took my insurance (eyemed). The doctor was patient with my questions, and gave a thorough exam. I left with some trial contact lenses to try before making a decision to order. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood.

Had my first exam as a new patient today - I chose this place largely because they're the highest rated in my general area, but I can say all the good reviews are well deserved. Fast, easy and friendly, from intake to exam to frame selection. Almost a little *too* easy... Also, am I crazy or has the intro price for basic frames/lenses not really changed much in 20 years? I got a lot of attention and thoughtful assistance during the frame selection/fitting process, was offered an unexpected discount or two, and a deferred payment of the difference for upgraded frames until they're ready to pick up. What's not to like?
