I was unable to get an emergency appointment with my regular doctor, but they got me in right away, and the service was just as good as if I had gone to my Ophthalmologist. Doctor communicated the problem with expertise, and the staff was excellent.
Amazing staff and doctors. After getting eyes checked for glasses, Alex was able to help me choose the right eye glass fit for me. They don’t rush you and they truly want you to find the perfect fit. They also welcome any touch ups and adjustments in the future if needed.
I got my scleral lenses here. Dr. Chanmin did a really thorough job. She does all kinds of specialty lenses but sclerals were the ones for me. I love this office!
Some incompetent people work here, but i guess that’s to be expected since it’s in the hood. Rather go to manhattan or downtown to get my glasses now, never have issues out there.

Great experience. Dr. Chanmin is very knowledgeable and patient. Explained everything clearly and suggested a better RX ( progressive ). The staff was very friendly.
