Please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original, unmodified condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your eyewear. We cannot accept returns on used items; they must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all accessories, certificates, and the original case.

Returns postage must be paid by the customer. However if the goods are faulty or we have made an error with your order we will be happy to provide a full refund, including any postage paid.
Upon receipt, all returned items are inspected for signs of wear before any refunds, exchanges, or credits are issued. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of returned items during shipping.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of items for us to process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Prescription Lenses
We stand by the quality of our prescription lenses. If you encounter any issues with your lenses, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for a free one-time exchange. Our dedicated optician is also available for consultations to address any concerns you may have.
Please be aware that after a remake of the lenses, we are unable to offer refunds or further exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to ensuring you have the best possible experience with our products.
