The mark consists of the stylized word “EYES.NYC”. There are two stylized eyes that comprise both of the letters “E” in “EYES”.

(Hereafter, the word “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to EYES.NYC®. “You”, “Your” refers to customer and user.)
1. Ordering
1.1. By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
1.3. By placing an order through our website, you are in possession of a written prescription for your spectacles that has been given to you by a suitably qualified optometrist in the last 12 months.
1.4. If the ordered Goods are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you via email and call to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to reach you after 14days, your Order will be canceled and we will process the refund.
1.5. You will receive an email notification at the time your Goods are dispatched.
1.6. If you do not receive the Order after the turnaround time, or after your expected delivery date, please contact us via email at he***@ey**.nyc or call us at +1(347) 770-8100.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. Prices for products are as quoted on our website and are in United States Dollar.
2.2. Payment for all orders must be made through the payment methods available on our website. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

2.4. EYES.NYC® reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and phone number provided at the time the order was made.
